1. Who we are

This website is operated by SAAL Surf LLC ("SAAL", "we", "us"), 1943 India Street, Suite 402, San Diego, CA 92101. By visiting getsaal.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet that.

3. Products, pricing and availability

We try to show products, colours and specifications accurately, but your screen may render them differently, and we don't warrant that every description is complete or error-free.

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, and we may refuse or cancel any order — including after you've received a confirmation — if a product is out of stock, a price or description was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund it in full.

4. Orders and payment

An order confirmation is an acknowledgement that we received your order, not our acceptance of it. The contract forms when we ship. You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Returns and shipping

Our Refund and Return Policy and our Shipping Policy form part of these terms.

6. Guarantee

SAAL products carry a one year guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, and every order includes a repair kit. The guarantee does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, accident, improper storage or alteration, or products bought from an unauthorised reseller. Our sole obligation under it is, at our option, to repair or replace the product, or refund it.

7. Your use of the site

Don't use the site for any unlawful purpose, to violate anyone's rights, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, to interfere with the security of the site, or to scrape or harvest data from it. We may terminate your use for breaching any of this.

8. Third-party links and marketplaces

The site may link to third-party content we don't control, including our Amazon storefront. Purchases made through a third-party marketplace are governed by that marketplace's terms and policies, not these. We aren't responsible for third-party materials or transactions.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the guarantee in section 6 and any rights you have under applicable law that can't be waived, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAAL Surf LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to it.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law.

11. Assumption of risk

Our products are accessories for surf and water sports. They are not safety, flotation or life-saving devices, and nothing we sell is designed or tested to prevent drowning or injury. You are responsible for your own judgement in and around the water.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAAL Surf LLC and its officers, employees and contractors from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these terms.

14. Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The version posted when you place an order is the one that governs it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
