Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States. We don't ship internationally yet.

How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.95. Prime members can also check out with Buy with Prime for free, fast delivery.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns and guarantee

What's your return policy?
You can return unused gear in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@getsaal.com with your order number to start a return. See our Refund policy for details.

Who pays for return shipping?
If you changed your mind, you cover return shipping. If something arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we cover it and send a replacement.

Is there a warranty?
Every SAAL product comes with a one-year guarantee.

What's in the Full Bag Kit?
The Surfpack (32L backpack), Surf Changing Poncho, Wet Pocket / Step Mat, Surf Rinse portable shower and Surf Stash pouch. Bought together it costs $228.99 instead of $264.95 separately.

Does the Surfpack keep wet and dry gear apart?
Yes. A removable waterproof wetsuit bag seals damp gear away from your dry clothes, and the whole bag unzips 180° so you can see everything at once.

How do I use the Surf Rinse?
Fill it from any tap, then squeeze for pressure. It holds 1.2 litres, needs no pump or batteries, and collapses flat when empty.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@getsaal.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we can't change it, but you can return it.
